With the new version "A" of the TLD 2-Speed, Shimano improved on an already proven reel. Besides a new lower price, the TLD-A has improved cosmetics and large rubber power handles but still contains the same core features that made this a lightweight powerhouse. Features include an Ergonomic Power Grip, Graphite Frame, Aluminum Spool, A-RB (Anti-rust bearings) and a clicker that applies tension in freespool and activates a clicking alarm when the fish is stripping line.
