The Majestic Custom Stand Up Rods are built on Lamiglas Tri-Flex Stand Up Jigging blanks. These rods are light weight but still offer the power needed for heaver lines and large fish. With their light weight and softer tip actions, these are great for jigging tuna while still offering the advantages of a traditional stand up rod. They are built with Aftco black roller guides or Fuji New Concept SiC guides and are equipped with Aftco Black Uni-Butts for their strength and light weight. Plus you have the option of having "X" flock grips installed over the butt for extra grip while jigging. An extra long 14" hand-crafted hypalon grip is made from the highest grade of hypalon and we hand shape them on a lathe after they are glued to the rod for the most comfortable shape and texture. To complement this rod's outstanding performance, we wrap this series in a dignified light gray with black and white trim for guide wraps along with a standard Sea Isle Crosswind Base wrap. Of course these are custom rods and when you order one of our custom rods, you design the rod to fit your needs.
